Refund Policy

Every contribution received is carefully utilized to support Vedic education, Gurukul programs, temple worship, Gau Seva, spiritual services, and community welfare initiatives.

While donations play a vital role in sustaining our mission, we understand that in certain exceptional circumstances, donors may seek clarification or request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refund requests may be considered.

1. General Policy

• All donations made to Shri Ved Vidya Sevashram Trust are voluntary in nature.

• Donations are generally non-refundable.

• Refunds may be considered only in genuine and exceptional cases, subject to review and approval by the Trust management.

2. Eligible Circumstances for Refund

Refund requests may be considered under the following situations:

• Duplicate donation due to technical error

• Incorrect amount entered mistakenly

• Unauthorized transaction reported by the donor

• Technical issues resulting in multiple deductions

3. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, the donor must:

• Submit a written request via email within 7 days of the transaction

• Provide transaction details including date, amount, reference number, and payment method

• Provide proof of payment or relevant supporting documents

Requests received after the specified period may not be considered.

4. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment only.

• Processing time may take 7–15 working days, depending on banking procedures.

• Any transaction charges or gateway fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

• Donations made for completed religious rituals, pujas, yagnas, or specific events already conducted

• Donations made voluntarily without any technical error

• Requests made beyond the specified refund period

6. Discretion of the Trust

Shri Ved Vidya Sevashram Trust reserves the right to accept or reject any refund request based on verification and internal assessment. The decision of the Trust shall be final and binding.

7. Policy Updates

The Trust reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
