3. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, the donor must:

Requests received after the specified period may not be considered.
4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment only.

Any transaction charges or gateway fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
